Is an Emeritus Professor at Faculty of Engineering Suez Canal University. Egypt. He obtained his Ph.D. in “Steel Corrosion and its Prevention in Reinforced Concrete” from Hiroshima University, Japan in 1990. Dr. Sharobim has published more than 85 technical papers.
He has been worked as Governor of Dakahlia from August 2018 to November 2019, General Secretary of Presidential Specialized Councils from March 2017 to August 2018, and Vice President of Suez Canal University from August 2009 to July 2015. He is also, acting as Chairman of the Promotion Committee for Professors and Assistant Professors of Structural Engineering in the Egyptian Universities from July 2016 to August 2018.
